This option allows you to design your own home using us to build and our professional design team.

This will also speed up the process and give you peace of mind while we build your home. This is done through a transparent, flexible, and open consultation with our Architect and Project Management team insuring the house is designed, built according to all requirements, thus including all finishes one desires. This comes with an upfront non-refundable R50,000 deposit going towards architectural department and will be set off from the purchase price.
Designs are subject to minimum of 150sqm living space (excluding garage, courtyard, driveway, etc.).
You are then given a period of 3 years to start building, it is advisable to start soon so you can enjoy your home and watch it accumulate value. Also keeping in mind that the prices will be adjusted annually by the CPIX (between 6-8%).
Levies are charged at R900 and include:
