The estate is situated in the highly popular enclave of Herolds Bay, only 2 minutes to the beach, 7 minutes to the George Airport and 20 minutes to all the modern conveniences in George. We’re surrounded by high value estate and areas such as Oubaai Golf Estate on the east, Breakwater Bay and The Brink to the south and Herolds Bay to the west.

General Bespoke Plot and Build

Once you have secured your plot, you will then sit with one of our Professional Architects to design your dream home. Various stages of design include budgeting, selecting finishes and costing the build. All these processes with our in-house Project Manager, Engineer and Quantity Surveyor.

Once all this is behind you, you will sign a Building Agreement with the developer, Dalmar Construction who will then build in the period of time agreed.

Large Country Estate Plots

Same process as above but minimum build size is 250sqm.

Plot sizes from 746 sqm to 1490 sqm

Build rate R 15 000 per sqm - R 19 000 per sqm depending on finishes and plot conditions.

Smaller Cluster Plots 480sqm - 635 sqm in size, minimum build 200sqm

Build rate R 15 000 per sqm to R 19 000 per sqm depending on finishes and plot conditions.
