Once all this is behind you, you will sign a Building Agreement with the developer, Dalmar Construction who will then build in the period of time agreed.
Large Country Estate Plots
Same process as above but minimum build size is 250sqm.
Plot sizes from 746 sqm to 1490 sqm, prices R 2,2m - R 2,8m incl VAT (Aug 2024).
Build rate R 17 000 per sqm - R 22 000 per sqm depending on finishes and plot conditions. Build rate includes all costs, VAT, QS, architect, soli tests etc.
Smaller Cluster Plots 480sqm - 635 sqm in size, minimum build 190 sqm, prices R 1,1m - R 1,8m incl VAT (Aug 2024)
