Once all this is behind you, you will sign a Building Agreement with the developer, Dalmar Construction who will then build in the period of time agreed.
Large Country Estate Plots:
Same process as above but minimum build size is 250sqm.
Plot sizes from 746 sqm to 1490 sqm, Prices R 2,2m - R 2,8m incl VAT (Feb 2025).
Build rate R 19 000 per sqm - R 24 000 per sqm depending on design complexity, finishes and plot conditions. Build rate includes all costs, VAT, QS, Architect, soil tests, NHBRC cost etc.
Smaller Sea View Cluster Plots:
480sqm - 635 sqm in size, minimum build 190 sqm, Prices R 1,1m - R 1,8m incl VAT (Feb 2025) Build rate R 19 000 per sqm - R 24 000 per sqm depending on design complexity, finishes and plot conditions. Build rate includes all costs, VAT, QS, Architect, soil tests, NHBRC cost etc.
