There are only 12 available within the development. The first clients took occupation of their new homes on the 1st of December 2015.
Construction is well under way with the 50 free standing simplex homes within the development. All the units will be ready for occupation from 1st of December 2015. The complex will comprise of 20 two bed, one bath and 30 three bed, two bath homes. All homes will offer carpeted bedrooms, tiled bathrooms, fully fitted kitchens and tiled living rooms. Each unit will also have an allocated carport. The boundary wall around the security complex is fitted with an electric fence and access to the complex is controlled 24 hours per day. Each unit is fitted with a solar geyser and a pre-paid electricity meter.
