Craftmen’s Ship, located across from Revolution House on Main Street, will see the conversion of these typical industrial spaces into a collection of residential and retail spaces varying in size.
The residential units will feature mezzanine levels as well as indoor parking garages. The development will have a central courtyard and garden area with a swimming pool and clubhouse, while the retail spaces will face outward onto Main, Kruger and Marshall streets. Artwork for the facade of the building has been designed in collaboration with acclaimed artist, Stephen Hobbs.
