The De Dam Development comprises of 13 Houses - 8 single story and 5 duplex. The sizes vary from 120sqm to 150 sqm.
Over and above these houses there is an old heritage building on the site, which will be restored and changed into 3 homes.
It is a security complex which will be fully fenced.
The surroundings are quite tranquil with two dams situated right next to the complex.
Services will commence soon and thereafter we will start to build the individual houses. Completion is anticipated to be about December 2011.
