The farm Bellevue is situated in the Vaalwater district in the Limpopo Province, approximately 200km from Pretoria. The farm is a existing game farm, fully fenced, with the following game: Giraffe, Zebra, Bluewildebeest, Eland, Kudu, Nyala, Gemsbuck, Blesbuck, Impala, Ostrich and other small game.
The farm is situated on a plateau in a malaria free area with several fountains serving as a natural water supply source.
The flora of the farm is typical bushveld with a variety of indigenous trees and it includes a extremely large fig tree, in the vicinity of which a communal picnic spot is established.
The farm Bellevue is approximately 737ha. in extent. The farm is developed by the sub-division thereof into 12portions of 61 ha. each, to be transferred in ownership in terms of separate substantive title deeds. A single homestead may however consist of separate chalets, provided that it is designed as an aesthetic unit. Despite full title ownership, each of the owners of the respective sub-divided portions shall have full access to all the other sub-divided portions, except the exclusive areas in the vicinity of each homestead.
